Product Support Policy All of our products offer a free "minor version" upgrade. If
you purchase v1.0.0 and we release v1.1.12 you will receive the update for free. However, if v2.0 is released,
there will be a low cost upgrade fee.
If you have an issue that requires our attention, please use one of the following
options:
Online Support Forums
Free Email support for the lifetime of the product. Email us
with your issue
and we normally reply within a few hours M-F 8:00AM - 7:00PM ET Please make sure you include the following in your email:
- Your serial number if you purchased the product or the word TRIAL if you have not
- OS version you are running
- .NET version and Service Pack
- A sample application showing the issue
- A written description of the issue
Charge per incident phone
support Call us at 973-360-9523 - we will require a credit card before support can be offered. You will receive
an incident number that will remain open until the issue is resolved. Each incident is billed at $90.00.
