Hello,

I've been using ezSMTP v1.5.2 for almost two years now with no issues - it's been a great product.

Recently, I've encountered problems connecting to Yahoo! mail servers with the following error message:

"An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host at systen.net.sockets.socket. Receive (byte [] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size, socket flags socket flags"

Some of the emails are getting through before this error occurs.

Have you ever seen this issue before? Is this a problem on the SMTP server side of the connection?

Thank you very much,
David

We haven't had anyone else report issues with ezSMPT in quite sometime. And since it was working before, I'd have to look at Yahoo and a possible change to their servers. You can run some tests simply create a Telnet session to the yahoo account and try sending an email through. If telnet works, ezsmtp has to work as well.
