Hi,

first of all i want to say that the EZ Screencapture component is really good software. I am testing with the trial version now but get an error on a rollout testmachine. On my own laptop with Vista Business Edition Ultimate it is working great but on a Windows XP Professional SP1 PC a get a GDI+ error message. Should i install some specific software first on the XP machine?

Do you know what version of .NET is running on the rollout test machine? We've tested on Vista and XP without issues, so I'm wondering if it might be an old version of .NET.

I am using .NET 3.5 Sp1 on this testmachine. I can capture the screen but after i select a region .net gives a GDI+ errormessage.

I just ran a few test on XP with .Net 3.5 SP1 and no issues.

I'd suggest updating the video drivers first and see if that fixes the issue. If it does not fix the issue, can you send us a sample that doesn't work on your machine? We'll give it a shot here and see if it doesn't work for us.
